Book of the Week / 9

Are you ready for this weeks book!? Well you should be, it’s a good one!

This is one of the books I received for my Birthday. I originally found out about it from The Brighton Girl and it sounded so funny, so naturally, I really wanted it.

This weeks book is –

Honestly, this sounds like it could possibly be a true story (it actually might be – but don’t take my word for it!) Once I received this book, I could not wait to read it. I’m one of those people that has to read books in the order I get them, though. So to be honest, it was a little while until I read it, but I was very excited. Who knew you could be so excited to sit down and stare at some words on pages.

The book is based on a 20-something year old named Rosy, who is career-mined, but is not sure what career she wants. She is happy being single, but also kind of wants a boyfriend. After having a couple of failed dates, she decides to download the app Tinder on her phone. She has a couple of rules when it comes to online dating, like if a guys photos are all in black and white, he is probably ginger, and if they are wearing a hat, they are probably bald. My opinion is that this is quite shallow, I don’t find anything wrong with red hair guys etc, but this is Rosy.

She experiences it all in the world of Tinder. She falls for the wrong guys and ditches the nice ones. She is also the best person at embarrassing herself, you will love this book of hilarious stories. Will she eventually find the right guy? You’ll have to read to find out! This book is hilarious and honest and I thoroughly enjoyed it, and laughed out loud a couple times, which is a VERY good sign from me.

I rate this on a 9/10!

Let me know in the comments if you have read this one, and what you think of it!

If you think this would be your type of book, you definitely need to get it! It is a book based in the UK.

Thanks for taking the time to read!
