Hi all and welcome to a health & fitness post! Since I’ve been working from home, I decided to do morning workouts as I no longer have to commute to work in the mornings. Honestly, not having to drive and get stuck in traffic is saving me so much time, as well as petrol money!
Anyway, I mentioned in my work from home routine that I was doing workouts, so I have decided to give you my current workout routine! The below photo is what happens if I try to work out with my dogs inside lol.
Anyway, lets get into it!

Knee/Normal Push Ups
x 10

Tricep Dips
x 10
-
Squats
x 10
-
Lunges
x 10 each leg
-
Leg Raise
x 10
-
Crunches
x 10
-
Bicycle Crunches
x 10
-
Side Leg Lift
x 10 each leg
-
Hip Thrusts
x 10
-
Plank
Hold for at least 30 seconds
when done… STRETCH!
This workout should only take around 15-20 minutes. You can do more reps and rounds if you are fitter than I am haha.
I hope you enjoyed this post and I hope it has given you any type of motivation! Though just know you should do whatever you feel like you need to do during this difficult time. There is no expectations on anything. I am just doing this to make me feel a little better about myself and to help improve my fitness while I can and while I have the time.

Firstly your dog is so cute ahhhh!!! So jealous. Secondly good on you for being motivated to work out at home! This looks like it would be a pretty tough workout, I think I might have to give it a go!

She is very adorable ๐ฅฐ this is also a very โKoraโ thing to do haha. Iโve actually been pretty motivated with fitness at the moment and cooking! Itโs hard at first but gets easier! I also pick exercises I like as I hate working out ๐ thanks for reading โค๏ธ
