A Skincare Haul

Hey everyone and welcome to another haul post! Today I thought I’d go through my latest skincare haul. A little while ago Priceline had a pretty good skincare sale, and the below is what I picked up. Note – I bought all items cheaper than the price listed. I got all items for a total of AU$62.57. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.

Natural Instinct Restoring Night Cream – $19.99

Natural Instinct Restoring Night Cream 110 mL

“A natural night cream that is antioxidant enriched to deeply nourish and re-hydrate the skin, promoting healthy skin elasticity. Provides 12 hours of continuous hydration. It is an anti-ageing cream that continuously hydrates your skin & helps minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while improving skin elasticity and smoothness. Wake up with replenished and naturally radiant skin.”

I use this every night with my evening skincare routine. It’s going to last a while as there is quite a lot of product, more than the usual night cream. I don’t have too much to say about it other than it keeps my skin moisturised over night and it has a nice smell to it.

Revolution Skincare Extra 15% Niacinamide Serum – $20

Revolution Skincare Extra 15% Niacinamide Serum 30 mL

“With 15% of blemish-busting hero Niacinamide, this soft, moisturising formula is perfect for all skin types to help reduce the appearance of blemishes and pores. Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3, when applied to the skin it can help build keratin that keeps skin firm and healthy. It can also minimise blemishes, pores, fine lines and boost moisture retention. Cruelty free and vegan.”

I still have this in my cupboard as I haven’t got around to using it yet – I am using the one up that I am currently using first 🙂 But I love Revolution – though the only things I have tried are their eyeshadow and blush/highlighter palettes.

Luma Base Perfecting Priming Moisturiser – $29.95

Luma Base Perfecting Priming Moisturiser 75 mL

“Guarantees a smooth, ultra hydrated base with a hint of glowy goodness. Buildable and feather-light to hydrate, prime and enhance the skin you’re in, in just one step. Infused with crushed pearl to boost your natural radiance. Moisture-rich hyaluronic acid and jojoba also help to hydrate the skin.”

I haven’t used this product yet either as I am still getting through my current moisturiser. I was after a moisturiser/primer that would work great under make-up and help to keep make-up staying nice and not going dry like mine usually does. This one sounds promising so I hope it works how I want it to.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water – $13.99

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water 400 mL

“For the 1st time by Garnier, Micellar technology is introduced in an all-in-one cleanser. Micells are an active cleansing ingredient which act as a magnet to capture impurities, make-up and sebum on the skin without vigorous rubbing. The result? Perfectly cleansed and refreshed skin without rubbing or rinsing. A soothing formula without perfume to suit all skin types, even sensitive.”

I’ve already been using this stuff everyday for quite a while now. This was just for re-stocking and buying while it was cheap 🙂 It is refreshing and helps to cleanse the skin before moisturising.

Bondichic Blue Mountains Natural Spring Water Hydrating Mist – $25

Bondichic Blue Mountains Natural Spring Water Hydrating Mist 150 mL

“Lightweight and fine mist to provide the skin with much-needed hydration and nourishment to keep skin healthy. It gently moisturises and hydrates the skin. Apply under or over makeup to help lock in moisture. This hydrating mist is uniquely formulated with the purest water in Australia (Australian Blue Mountains Natural Spring Water) to gently hydrate the skin, soothe skin irritations and improve the skin’s overall appearance. The added Sodium PCA creates a protective layer on top of your skin to fight dryness and retains moisture by re balancing the water levels in the skin to leave your face feeling hydrated and dewy with a natural glow. With Vegan Sodium Hyaluronate, which is known for deeply hydrating the skin and boosting collagen. This hydrating mist can be applied any time during the day especially if your skin is feeling tight and dry and can be worn under or over makeup.”

This stuff is awesome. I spray it on my face before applying make up, and also spray it again once all make up has been applied. I love it – it really helps to keep your skin hydrated and helps keep make up looking nicer throughout the day. Will be re-purchasing when on sale again!

Carmex Moisture Plus Hydrating Lip Tint in colour ‘Nearly Nude’ – $8.99

Carmex Moisture Plus Hydrating Lip Tint Nearly Nude 3.8 g

“With 94.9% total naturally derived ingredients, this lip tint has a few ingredients Carmex loves: Shea Butter – In Shea we trust! This beauty classic helps promote pure moisture for smoother looking lips. Seabuckthorn Butter – A new Fave! Rich in antioxidants, Omega fatty acids and nutrients for healthier looking lips. Vitamin B3 + Menthol – The Dynamic Duo! A naturally derived combo to help plump* and revitalise (*fuller looking lips)”

It is nice to have a lipbalm-like lipstick, that it more moisturising than actual lipstick. I thought I’d give it a shot. It’s ok, but still goes dry again quite quick. Probably won’t be re-purchasing.

Those are all the products I got in the sale!! I hope you enjoyed it. All products are linked. Thanks for joining me in this post 🙂
